OFFICALLY introducing ⭐Hope + Hustle⭐, it's our online shop that hires artisans who have experienced foster care. Our artisans are mentored in a trauma informed setting while creating items for you to enjoy. The name beautifully reflects the heart of Shifting Gears — a balance of vision and effort, belief and action, dreams and drive.
We hope our first T-Shirt Release reminds you to have HOPE + HUSTLE, the perfect combination to achieve your dreams.

• Hope is what keeps someone going when life has been heavy and hard. Hustle is the effort, commitment, late nights, early mornings, the willingness to show up even when the road is not easy.
• Hope is knowing change is possible. Hustle is setting goals and taking steps toward them.
• Hope is holding onto possibility even when challenges feel loud. Hustle is taking ownership of growth, healing, and independence.
• Hope is the emotional engine — it's what inspires movement. Hustle is the action that turns hope into outcomes.

Artisan Apprentice – Foster Youth Opportunity (Current or Former foster youth)
We are seeking young adults (18-24) with a passion for creativity and a willingness to learn to join our artisan shop. No prior experience required—just an eagerness to grow, create, and contribute.

Qualities we're looking for:

• Interest in art, crafts, or hands-on work
• Positive attitude and openness to learning new skills
• Dependability—showing up ready to participate
• Willingness to work as part of a team and support peers
• Patience and attention to detail
• Respect for materials, workspace, and others
• Desire to grow personally and professionally
