From Shelter to Home

This weekend, we had the honor of helping a young woman move into her very first apartment — on her birthday! 🎉 What a gift to step into a new home and a new year all at once. After aging out of foster care without permanency and living in a shelter, she now has a place to call 🏠home🏠. 

This beautiful apartment is filled with warmth, comfort, and hope thanks to the incredible support of our community partners and volunteers. We want to offer a heartfelt thank you to:
